Heating meals without a Microwave

  • Stovetop Method

    • Transfer meal to pot and heat meal on low on a stove top for 10 minutes (stir occasionally)

  • Steamer Method

    • Whole meals can be left in their container with the lid slightly open and placed in a steamer and slowly heated

    • This method may discolour the label but everything else will be fine

Garnishes

The meals don’t come with garnishes. To make them like the photos, you will need:

  • For non-curry meals the best garnishes are cherry tomatoes, basil & parsley

  • For sides with ‘Wild” Veg Curry try greek yoghurt or vegan coconut yoghurt, chopped banana, chutney & coconut flakes
